SLOAN HARK

SLOAN HARK is a man with a plan, a plan to make the largest business in SLEEPY CITY, and he does his best to do so legal or not so legal methods! Which has led him to the formation of his gang “HIGH TIDE” that runs behind the scenes at his casino ATLANTIS.

HIGH TIDE and SLOAN HARK quickly began to run into trouble with THREE WISE GUYS as the two competed for territory and control within SLEEPY CITY for the two gangs to run their operations, conflict rose up and many times under the light of the moon and the cities bright lights, the two gangs began to get into fights, though to try to keep business up the fights were mostly all done in back alleyways since the civilians of the city were their potential customers!

However after an incident where a regular person got caught in the crossfire between one of the fights, SLOAN HARK was shocked and devastated from this, and went to go help them out however he could! Spending as much eggs as he needed to make sure the person was okay, and as an apology!

SLOAN HARK has a kind heart despite his scary outward appearance! And is pretty easy to hang out with once you get to know him, though that's pretty tough sometimes to get behind his scary exterior since it's also partially there as a defence mechanism since being the leader of a gang means sometimes people may be out to take advantage of him, which use to be pretty easy to do back in the day before he hardened his skin up a bit. But back under it all he's still a pretty nice guy at the core of things… as long as you don’t get in the way of his business…
